Tesco can insure most cats and dogs (not including working animals or dangerous dogs), provided they are in good health, aged between 8 weeks and 8 years (6 years for some breeds), and live in the United Kingdom. Once you have started cover you can continue the insurance for the rest of your pet's life (cover is limited to 12 months per condition for Vet Fees).

2. Third Party Liability:

Legal liability should your dog cause injury to third parties or damage to their property. up to 1 million pounds (applicable to dogs only).

Extends the cover above for trips to countries included in the Government's Pet Travel Scheme. Pets Abroad cover provides cover for:

Quarantine costs.

Loss of Health Certificate.
